At LUNAR CROWN, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please contact hello@lunarcrown4u.com for all return and after-sales enquiries.

7-day returns

You may request a return of an eligible item within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exclusion does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, or any mandatory rights under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email hello@lunarcrown4u.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will review your request and email the return instructions and return address once approved. Please contact us before sending your parcel; do not use the address on the original shipping label unless we instruct you to do so. This administrative process does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

If your item has a quality issue, is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact hello@lunarcrown4u.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where available, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Where a return is required because of a confirmed fault, incorrect item or shipping damage, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs. The 7-day change-of-mind return window does not limit your statutory rights concerning these issues.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Any refund amounts and deadlines required by applicable law take precedence.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law. Where a mandatory withdrawal period or other remedy applies, those rights take precedence over this voluntary policy. This includes applicable 14-day withdrawal rights for eligible EU purchases. Hygiene-related exceptions apply only where legally permitted.
