Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Orders are produced and shipped by our manufacturing partner in China. We deliver to every country and region available at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched about 3 days after they are confirmed. After dispatch, delivery to major destinations is estimated at 7–10 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates — customs inspections, weather and carrier delays can add time.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. LUNAR CROWN covers import duties on your order. If a carrier or customs authority still asks you to pay, email your order number and the charge notice to hello@lunarcrown4u.com and we will sort it out.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we send a shipping confirmation to the email address on the order. If the carrier provides tracking, the tracking details are in that email. Updates can take a day or two to appear.
Materials & care
What are the pieces made of?
Most pieces are plated metal alloy, finished in gold tone, silver tone or rose gold tone, often with stones, crystals or zircon detail. The exact material for each piece is listed on its product page. We describe finishes as “tone” because these are plated fashion pieces, not solid gold or silver.
Will the finish wear off?
Plated jewelry is delicate by nature. It lasts much longer with care: put it on last, take it off first, and keep it away from water, perfume, sunscreen and cleaning products. Store pieces separately so they do not rub against each other.
How should I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use jewellery dips, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive polishes on plated finishes.
Is the jewelry nickel-free?
We do not currently publish nickel-free certification for every piece. If you have a metal sensitivity, email us the item you are considering and we will check it with our partner before you order.
Sizing
What size should I order?
Necklaces are 41–50 cm with an extender. Bracelets are either standard with an extender chain, or adjustable with a sliding bead. See our size guide for how to measure.
Can I get the exact measurement of a piece?
Yes. Email us the item name and we will measure it before you buy.
Orders & returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email your order number to hello@lunarcrown4u.com as soon as you can. We can usually help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once packing or shipping has started.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Earrings are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the buyer; faulty or damaged items are covered by us. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Pieces arrive in a protective pouch. If you need something specific for a gift, email us before ordering and we will tell you what we can do.
