These Terms of Service govern your use of the LUNAR CROWN online store at www.lunarcrown4u.com and purchases made through it. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUNAR CROWN. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms before placing an order.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, or attempts to disrupt its operation.

2. Products and descriptions

Product pages describe the item included, its materials, finish and available size information. Styling accessories are not included unless expressly stated. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. These differences do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description. Please contact us before purchasing if you need information not shown on a product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and at checkout. Review the item price, applicable shipping charges, taxes and total before submitting your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Promotional prices and any applicable conditions are shown with the offer. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an order already accepted.

4. Orders and availability

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and cancel it, payments collected for the cancelled items and related unprovided services will be refunded. We may refuse fraudulent or unlawful orders, subject to applicable law.

5. Changes and cancellation requests

To request a change or cancellation, email hello@lunarcrown4u.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has begun. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. If an order has already shipped, consult our return policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery availability and applicable shipping options are shown at checkout. Any delivery estimates supplied are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Contact us if you need delivery information before ordering or if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. Responsibility for delivery and any rights concerning delays or loss remain subject to applicable consumer law. Any import charges not collected at checkout may depend on the destination; contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery. The buyer pays return shipping for such returns, and earrings are excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted. Return instructions and the address are emailed after approval. For quality issues, incorrect items or shipping damage, contact us for after-sales assistance. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over our voluntary return rules.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you use the store or place an order.

9. Website content and third-party services

Our branding, images and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party payment services and websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

10. Service availability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Please report problems to our support email. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any warranty, refund, compensation or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory rights under the laws applicable to your purchase are preserved.

11. Questions and disputes

Please contact us first with your order number and a description of the issue so we can work towards a resolution. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

12. Updates

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights relating to orders already accepted.
